Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Axleron/Inkwell ("Inkwell", "we", "us"), the operator of the Inkwell document generator at thisinkwell.lovable.app (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The Service

Inkwell generates template legal documents (Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, Cookie Policies) using AI based on the information you provide. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free performance. Output is a template and is not legal advice; we are not a law firm and use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits).
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service.
• Submit prompts you don't have the rights to use, or use outputs to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

You are responsible for your inputs, for verifying outputs before publishing, and for using outputs in compliance with applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Axleron/Inkwell owns the Service, its software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and the documents you generate for your own business or personal purposes.

6. Payments

Axleron/Inkwell is the seller of record for all purchases. Payment processing is performed by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor, which handles card data, fraud screening, and (where enabled) sales-tax calculation, collection, and dispute handling. By completing checkout you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Document exports are one-time purchases charged at checkout in the currency displayed. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where shown.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued by Axleron/Inkwell through Stripe to your original payment method.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; documents already delivered remain yours.

9. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (lost profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
