Axleron/Inkwell offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every document export. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — for any reason.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@thisinkwell.app with the email address you used at checkout and a brief note. We'll process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
